  • Personal Evaluation:  A member of America International will arrange a personal interview with the student/athlete, and his/her parents to determine if they will qualify for a university scholarship.
  • University Academic Advising.
    • Choosing the best offer: In the United States, universities are classified by different academic levels.  America International determines the highest level that the student athlete could succeed at, and will select the best offer available for the candidate, based on their academic file and sports curriculum offered.  If there are more offers or options available, the parents and the athlete will be consulted together in order to come to the right decision.
    •  Evaluation of academic systems: America International has the ability to evaluate education systems from any country, and translate it to the American equivalent, essential for the admission of foreign students into America universities.
    •  Technical knowledge of requirements:  American universities have different requirements that vary from state to state.  America International is familiar with the in depth, inner workings of these rules, and uses them to benefit the student athletes and their family.  Some examples are:
      • Different requirements for validation of foreign university studies.
      • Different application periods (This can take up to 8 months in the more prestigious universities).
      • Different minimum scores for entrance exams: TOEFL, SAT I, SAT II, ACT y GED.
      • Academic and athletic regulations depending on what division one plays.
    • Entrance exam guidance: America International guides its students in diverse aspects, emphasizing:
      • The most appropriate entrance exam for each student, considering time for preparation and previous classes
      • Contact with the responsible organizations to manage test registrations.
      • Assistance with mandatory and diverse demand for official documentation for entrance exams.
      • Advisement on dates and locations to take the exams, with the purpose of leaving enough time for the college application process.
    • Assistance with the admission process: America International helps to advise  students through the admissions process of the university selected by the athlete and his/her parents, through:
      • Assistance in completing specific documents demanded by the university for the admission of a foreign student.  
      • Letter of recommendation based on the academic level and reputation of each individual.
      • Elaboration of the presentation letter, a decisive factor of admission.
      • Direct contact with the admissions department director, to clarify any doubts had during the application process.
      • Obtaining a medical record of the player, in English, fulfilling the demands of the American Medical System.
      • Official financial documents required by the university, signed before notary.

  •  Sports Advising
    • Design the sports curriculum: America International advises how to make a specific curriculum adapted to the needs of the student-athletes and the university he/she applies to. 
    • Video of Player: America International understands what coaches are looking for in order to create a video to use as a visual tool to further improve the impression of a coach.
    • Direct communication with the Sports director:  America International maintains a direct line of communication with the director of athletics at the university, for an excellent exchange of information about the several agencies, (NCAA, NAIA y NJCAA) that govern the sport at American universities. 
    • Technical knowledge of regulations: To benefit and protect our players, America International has the necessary information to legally follow the requirements of accessing the university.  America International has many connections with different universities.  Regulations are determined by NCAA, NAIA and NCJAA.
  • Official visits to Universities  (OPTIONAL): During March and April as well as August and September, America International offers an optional program to visit the American universities where a player is interested in attending.
